1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (dango.co), purchasing our products, subscribing to our newsletter, or engaging our coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Body Transformation Mastermind Inc., a company incorporated in Canada.

2. Services Description

We provide health and fitness coaching services, digital courses, and educational content for entrepreneurs and business professionals. Our services include but are not limited to:

• One-on-one coaching programs

• Digital courses (including Lean Body 90)

• Newsletter and educational content

• Customized nutrition and training plans

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Our services provide general health and fitness information and coaching. We are not medical professionals, and our services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, you should consult with a qualified healthcare provider. You acknowledge that:

• You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk

• You are responsible for obtaining medical clearance before starting any exercise or nutrition program

• You will immediately stop any activity and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms

• Results vary based on individual effort, adherence, and circumstances

5. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in the currency specified at the time of purchase. Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is explicitly agreed upon in writing.

For coaching programs with payment plans, you authorize us to charge your payment method according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Refund Policy and Guarantee

Coaching Programs: We offer a results guarantee for our coaching programs. If you follow the program as directed, complete all required check-ins, and do not achieve measurable results, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to review of program compliance.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital courses are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health, fitness level, and goals

• Communicate openly with your coach about challenges, concerns, or changes in your health

• Follow the program guidelines and recommendations provided

• Attend scheduled calls and respond to communications in a timely manner

• Not share, resell, or distribute program materials to third parties

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, courses, methodologies, and intellectual property provided through our services are owned by Body Transformation Mastermind Inc. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. We will not share your personal information, progress photos, or any details about your participation without your explicit written consent.

If you wish to provide a testimonial or allow use of your results for marketing purposes, a separate written agreement will be required.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Body Transformation Mastermind Inc., its owners, employees, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Body Transformation Mastermind Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, abusive behavior toward staff, or failure to make required payments.

You may terminate coaching services by providing written notice. Refund eligibility upon termination will be determined based on services rendered and the terms of your specific agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation by contacting us directly.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
