8 | My Biggest Workout Mistake

Last time when he was out in the sea, Dan found his lower back locked up. Fighting the pain, he made it to the shore and then back to his hotel with great difficulty.

Dan ended up hurting himself because of his refusal to take rests in-between workouts. The end results? His body rebelled and he will have to recuperate for 4 weeks now.
